In addition to the wild species that can be used as aromatic and medicinal plants, varieties of originally Mediterranean species were bred or adapted over a long period of time to the respective alpine climate.
Phytotherapy is gaining importance. Therefore, research on ingredients, varieties and species is also being stepped up.
